What is the delivery time?
We ship out your order within 3 working days after receiving the payment, often we ship out the same day or day after. You will receive a tracking code after we shipped out the order.
How much are the shippingcosts?
The package costs abroad are diverse, it depents on the country where it must be send to.

When your parcels needs to be shipped out of the EU. You can make the order in the shop, the costs will be shown. If you country does not show, then please contact us by email to ask for the freightcosts, those are variable.
Of course you can also enter a different delivery address during the checkout process of the order.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately you cannot pick up at our warehouse, but you can choose a pickup point of Post NL.
Can I add anything to my order?
With bank transfer, it is possible to add products to your order, if it has not yet been paid. Please send us an e-mail with your request (including the article numbers).
Where is my order?
After processing the order you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code automatically, then you can follow your order.
My small parcel was not delivered in the mailbox.
Foreign countries do not have the option 'mailbox-parcel'. But when you live in the Netherlands it is possible to order a small amount of fabric that is shipped with a small parcel. There is no possibility to track this parcel. The mailman is allowed to deliver within 2 weeks maximum after receiving it. Please be patient if you received the message that your parcel was delivered or ask your neighbours please.
I have not received a confirmation e-mail?
Have you already viewed the spam folder? It may happen that it ends up there. It is advisable to add our email address to your address book. This will prevent a recurrence of this problem. If you have not yet received a confirmation email but have placed an order. This may be because you have used the wrong email address. You can adjust this in the account for future orders. If you want to be sure the order was received by us, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
